The Role

Responsible for looking after the hotel at night from the concierge duties, taxi booking, wake up calls and answering general inquiries. Luggage Collection/delivery for early group departures and housekeeping duties, providing tea making facilities, toiletries and making up extra beds and related tasks. Also part of the main fire marshal team.

We look for you to be flexible, able to work night hours, be willing to learn parts of the role you are not familiar with and work well as part of a larger team.
