shoezone has an opportunity for a Marketing Assistant to join our team based at our head office in Leicester. You will join us on a full time (37.5 hours), permanent basis and in return, you will receive a salary of up to £20,500.

Our store portfolio consists of 239 town centre stores, which stock the core shoezone product range and 58 hybrid town centre stores and 44 larger retail park stores which also stock additional brands such as Skechers, Hush Puppies and Kickers.

You
We are looking for an individual to join our marketing team, who is highly organised, efficient and a great communicator, who is keen to progress their career in marketing. Ideally with experience in a similar role or a marketing degree, you must have strong copywriting skills and impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to problem solve and help others. You will need to have strong PC skills in both Microsoft Excel and Word.
The Job
As a marketing assistant, you will be providing support to the wider marketing team to ensure all stores nationwide, can effectively promote the Shoe Zone brand and products.
You will be involved in a range of marketing admin and activities, including but not limited to, merchandising, PR, stock management and allocation of equipment, point of sale, print management, charity events, internal communications, and promotions.
