You'll play a big part in bringing Monzo to more people who we've never been able to reach before, so we get closer to our mission of making money work for everyone.
Help us grow! We're looking for a results-oriented Paid Search Manager to help us grow our Google and Apple Advertising for Business Banking. You'll work in a multidisciplinary team across performance marketing channels to bring in new business banking customers.
You'll collaborate with our data team, our marketing engineers, our product marketers, writers, creative teams, and external agencies to help us take Monzo into our next phase of growth.
This is a 12 month fixed term contract.
You'll help to:
- Drive new growth for Monzo across Google Ads, YouTube, Apple Search Ads and App campaigns for Business Banking.
- Work on the overall Google and Apple advertising strategy for Business Banking with Product Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing and Data to drive users down the funnel from awareness to conversion
- Contribute your own test-and-learn ideas across creative, automation and structure.
- Work across creative, including contributing to agency briefs on YouTube, App campaigns, and ASA Custom Product Pages.
- Set-up, execute and optimise for the campaigns with high attention-to-detail, focused on user acquisition and CPA.
- Run daily optimisations such as SQR, budget management and ad copy changeovers.
- Create reporting for the Growth Marketing team and wider business on Paid Search performance, using Google Ads data and business insights.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of dashboards and weekly/monthly reports, along with contributing to wider team-based plans, presentations, and updates

The Interview Process:
Our interview process involves three main stages:
- Recruiter Call (30mins) via a Phone Call
- Initial Call (30 mins) via Google Meet
- Role Specific Interview (1hour) & a Values (Behavioural) Interview (45minutes) via Google Meet
Our average process takes around 3-4 weeks but we will always work around your availability.

What's in it for you:
Salary is between £60,000 - £85,000 (dependant on experience) ➕ stock options
This role will be based out of our London office next to Liverpool Street station in a hybrid approach of office based and home working or on a fully remote basis
