Due to continued success and near future production and warehouse expansion, Lilley’s Cider are seeking an experienced supply chain manager to join our busy team on a full-time basis, based at Roewood Farm site in Frome.
The Role
As a Operations manager, you will take ownership in your role and be responsible for managing the movement of our cider from the raw production through to warehousing and final outbound transportation onto our customers. You will ensure customers receive an excellent final standard of service and that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently first time around.
Specifically, your role will be responsible for/include:
- Having all round responsibility for the line management of all processing/warehousing staff/team leaders.
- Accomplish warehouse human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees.
- Ensuring all paperwork and systems records are completed correctly and on time.
- Controlling stock rotation – picking in date order, completing stock takes and logging transfers.
- Final Loading of vehicles, managing drivers and daily delivery.
- Ensuring a clean working environment – manage damaged goods, recycling, cleaning of vehicles.
- Be responsible for the company’s compliance with health and safety and quality control, be mindful of others and adhere to company policies.

Salary is negotiable based on experience and expertise

- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
