Are you ready for your next challenge? Would you like to join a new and dedicated team supporting the transformation of various key services operating within the Highways and Transportation Service?

The successful applicant will play a key role in a team working within the Site Developments Section working across the Service and the Leeds Maintenance Depots.

We currently have two vacancies, and these will suit individuals who have a desire to progress but who thrive in working collaboratively within a vibrant team.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for a candidate who has proven experience in Project Management. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment and demonstrating knowledge in developing key stakeholder relationships and improving performance.

The work is varied, interesting and high profile, delivering a suite of products aimed at ensuring activities are commercially focused and set against our ambitions on delivering sustainable and innovative solutions.

You will work across and lead on a diverse portfolio of projects. The ability to manage and prioritise a competing workload is essential together with the capability to analyse data and make detailed business recommendations.

Working within specialist areas you will have the ability to encourage and develop positive change and will have excellent technical competence, communication, and people skills. You will be self-motivated and highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.

Reporting to the Principal Operations Manager you will contribute to the planning, executing and delivery of a wide range of Projects. Delivering a first in class service, responsible for controlling all aspects of project work across the Site Development Section.

The above post will be based within the Site Developments Service and may involve working in various locations throughout Leeds although you will be mainly based at Merrion House in Leeds City Centre.
