Overview:

As the Operations Manager at Foundervine, you'll play a crucial role in shaping our future by enhancing and expanding the organization's operational capabilities. You'll be working alongside a dynamic team, including the Chief Operating Officer and Management Team, to build a resilient, efficient, and compliant business foundation that can easily scale as we grow. By providing strategic operational insights and data-driven guidance, you'll help inform Foundervine's strategy and contribute to our continued success.

Key Objectives:

  • Maintain and develop Foundervine's operational capabilities to support business growth
  • Monitor and support the delivery of effective and efficient programs
  • Support Foundervine's Marketing activities with data, insights, and automation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Senior Leadership Team through providing high-level operational insight and data into Foundervine's strategic discussions
  • Responsible for the collection and review of Foundervine's Social Impact Data and Key Performance Indicators regularly and use these insights to inform improvements
  • Responsibility for the development, maintenance, and compliance with Foundervine's policies and procedures
  • Responsibility for developing, managing, monitoring, and reporting on Foundervine's OKRs including working with leadership to define Annual Strategy
  • Responsibility for monitoring, maintaining and developing the efficiency of Foundervine's operational capabilities to support strategic, resilient, efficient and compliant business functions as the business grows
  • Support Programs Team, providing operational insight and data to inform improvements to program delivery
  • Support the Marketing Team's activities to ensure the development and delivery of strategic, engaging and measurably impactful promotional activities that grow Foundervine's audience and engage relevant stakeholders
  • Support recruitment cycles through the development of processes and procedures that ensure an efficient recruitment process to meet Foundervine's developing needs.

Competencies:

  • Strong operations management capability demonstrated through extensive previous and current industry roles
  • Leading by example, setting direction and supporting colleagues
  • Ability to develop, implement, and review key business processes
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and manage projects to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to work with a wide range of external and internal clients and stakeholders from different countries and cultures
  • Dynamic self-starter and able to work independently, with own initiative to achieve agreed aims and objectives and find creative solutions to problems
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, partners, and team members
