About the role
This is a 15-month, fixed-term, maternity cover position, starting in October 2023.
As our Group Finance Systems Administrator, you will be assisting in the maintenance of the Global Finance Consolidation System, OneStream, ensuring its accuracy. You will have the responsibility of managing Finance Related metadata in SAP and related systems, guaranteeing their precision. Acting as the first line of support, you will address queries relating to OneStream.
Your role will involve contributing to operational deliverables and ensuring the delivery of accurate management reporting. You will actively drive change through ad-hoc training and suggestions for operational improvements. Taking ownership of Finance Metadata and Controls as part of the wider team, you will collaborate with Group Finance, Market Finance, and Dyson Business Services to achieve successful outcomes.
Furthermore, you will support BAU Finance activities, identifying process issues and proposing solutions, while providing practical training where necessary. Additionally, you will serve as the initial point of contact for queries concerning OneStream.

- Training provided on OneStream and SAP MDG systems
- Finance exposure or interest
- Literacy in MS Office applications (including intermediate Excel skills)
- Ability to apply knowledge to advise and support the finance community
