Job description
Our customer service team are on the front line dealing with our valued customers every day. We currently have a new opening for an experienced Customer Service specialist who can provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external customers, mostly Health Care Professionals.
This will account for trade and loan orders, and sometimes general enquiries.
When growing this team, we are looking for people who are comfortable prioritising, organising and processing enquiries, accurately and on time. There will be targets to meet ensuring we measure and monitor our ability to deliver for customers.
As someone who regularly interacts with our customers, a level of commercial awareness would be an advantage as you could find yourself promoting products, promotions and sometimes events during your interactions.
What's the ultimate goal? We want to make it easier for our customers to do business with us!
We're looking for solid experience in this role, someone who has worked in Customer Service supporting product ranges or logistics across a trade or loan environment. Someone used to dealing with customers and the movement of goods/products ideally making sure products make it to customers.
Essential Job Functions
- Manage internal partners and workload proactively
- Proactive management of open orders maximising OTIF (on time and in full)
- Meet customer needs, flexing style for healthcare professionals, sales and commercial organisations
- Organisational skills to meet various expectations
- Utilise all tools available to improve the customer experience
Experience
- Communication, Teamwork, Attention to detail, Ownership, proactivity, organisational skills
- SAP / Excel / Salesforce exp beneficial
- Proven experience in a fast paced, complex Customer Service environment
