Support the Evaluation, review, investigation, challenge and creation of standards and processes to evolve the Group Data Policy and associated governance frameworks and Risk and Control Library across the business. Developing an understanding of data. principles and data governance
Job Description
Supports and enables others to use and benefit from existing data management systems.
Provides operational support services and sometimes acts as first-line supervisors of a transactional operations area while using existing systems and protocols.
Delivers routine support services to others by using existing policies and procedures.
Supports others by performing prescribed product development/engineering activities (e.g., analysing client situations, interpreting data, etc.) using existing procedures.
Conducts complex analyses, quality tests and inspections that require a high level of independent judgment.
Keeps track of risk parameters and identifies and reports any major deviation to more senior colleagues while working within established risk management systems.
Navigates a wide variety of existing processes, procedures and precedents to interpret data and identify possible answers.
Helps others use and benefit from the existing knowledge management systems.
Develops training courses to fill gaps in existing programs, methods or tools; runs training programs for specific technical areas using prepared content.
Assigns short-term work schedules to a team of subordinates in order to achieve expectations and follow established timelines.
Works independently to collate and analyse data using pre-determined tools, methods and formats.
Develops personal capabilities using existing formal and informal training opportunities, while also coaching others as required.
Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programmes to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.
Helps senior colleagues manage internal client and customer relationships by using client systems and protocols.
Investigates questions related to existing programmes, processes and procedures.
Advises managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
