Job Title: Potential Franchisee in Groundworks
Location: Flexible
Job Summary:
We are a well-established company in the UK Construction Industry, and we are currently seeking a highly motivated individual with expertise in groundworks to join us as a potential franchisee. The successful candidate will benefit from using our logo, marketing, telesales, and contacts to help grow their business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Estimate and submit tenders for projects offered.
- Manage budgets and timelines for all projects.
- Hire and manage a team of skilled workers.
- Maintain quality control for all work carried out by the team.
- Attend site meetings with clients and other contractors.
- Work in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records on all work carried out.
Qualifications / Experience
- Proven experience in groundworks, including excavation, site preparation, drainage, foundations, and concrete work.
- Qualifications in the construction industry such as a degree in civil engineering, construction
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team of workers.
- Good financial and budgeting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other contractors.
- Ability to work independently while still being part of the franchise team.
- A commitment to quality, health and safety, and customer satisfaction.
Compensation:
- A fee for the right to use our logo and benefit from our marketing, telesales, and contacts. Finance can be provided for the initial franchise fee plus initial cashflow requirements.
