Job description
Imperium Staff is recruiting an HR Assistant to join our Stockton on Tees based client on a Part Time / Full-Time basis.
As an HR Assistant, your role will be centered around managing people across all areas of the business. Performing tasks such as:
- Providing administration support (holiday requests, absences, exit interviews)
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Manage the staffing relationship with recruitment agencies
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring new staff
- Assist in the management of employee benefit scheme
- Other general admin duties
As a HR Assistant, you will ideally be having experience of working in Recruitment or Recruitment Agency or having people management skills and have proven administration and organisational skills.
Other key skills and experience include:
- Superb communication skills
- Experience in dealing with challenging individuals
- The ability to build a rapport quickly
- Excellent attention to detail
Working hours for this Human Resource Assistant role are Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 16:00.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 36 months
Part-time hours: 30 - 40 per week
Salary: From £11.00 per hour
