Job description
We are looking for a graphic designer to join us for 3 months on a fixed term contract, starting around May-June, to cover maternity.
This role will be fast moving, and we will need somebody with experience in in-design, photoshop and illustrator, with some experience working in a large firm with demands coming in from multiple stakeholders- Including business development, comms, and campaign marketing teams.
The role will encompass creating assets to support the delivery of lead generation focused marketing campaigns, however, will need a degree of flexibility as we support internal stakeholders also- Such as, creating assets to support business development activities: Leaflets, brochures etc.
The right candidate will need 2-3 years’ worth of experience and due to the short-term nature of this position will be supported by the marketing and campaigns manager in identifying assets for delivery.
Tasks expected, but not limited to:
- Updating leaflet, brochure and other assets used by business development teams. Both physical and digital versions.
Creation of an E-Flyer template.
Creating new assets to support marketing campaigns (with a lead generation focus). Such as: Visuals of key facts, timelines of claims processes, visual assets to support campaign messaging.
Creation of advertorials, such as full-page adverts for online and print publications.
Creating assets for the communications team to support their campaigns, where applicable.
To edit and refine existing assets requested by internal stakeholders.
To support external stakeholders, such as third-party charities, with the creation of assets to communicate agreed messaging- Working closely with marketing and campaigns manager to priorities.
To act as a third set of eyes in terms of ensuring written content is strong and effective.
To contribute some ideas and to engage in internal meetings.
