Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Band 3 Healthcare Support Workers to join our new Pool Nursing team at Weston General Hospital.

This will provide an opportunity to work across all inpatients wards and escalation areas to increase skills, knowledge and experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, reliable and motivated individual with a passion for providing high quality patient care in a variety of ward settings within Weston Hospital.

You will need to be able to work in an acute, high pressured environment showing good communication and assessment skills. You will be allocated a ward upon arrival, thus a caring, flexible attitude is required with the ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team, and a commitment to drive the service forward.
