What You Will Be Doing
We have world class teams of analysts working in the disciplines below to support engineering projects across different areas within the subs business. From improvement work on current subs to the design of the next class of submarine. You could come in to work in a variety of roles below.
- Computational Fluid Dynamics
- Finite Element Analysis
- Impact Analysis and Seismic Analysis
- Component Analysis and Modelling
Who We are Looking For :

- Ideally, you will have experience in one of the above modelling and analysis disciplines, but this does not need to be limited to Submarines.
- It is preferable that you are Degree Qualified or Apprentice Trained in a relevant engineering discipline, however this is not essential as experience is equally beneficial.
- Experience can be from industries such as Civil Nuclear, Marine, Petro-Chemical and Oil & Gas.

To work for the Rolls-Royce Submarines Business an individual has to hold a minimum of an Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance. Rolls-Royce will support the application for Security Clearance if the individual does not currently already have this in place.
Due to the nature of work the Business conducts and the protection of certain assets a person has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non ITAR country.
