Job Description
- Admin support for Capex investments (S&M Tractors)
- Provide planning and admin support for local operations manager.
- Budget Planning & Management
- Workforce planning & data analysis
- Create, manage and distribute meaningful reports for workload and budget from budget and planning tools.
- Hold status review meeting to support PLPV / Ops Manager
- Create and manage Dashboards for Budget & Projects planning.
Skills required:
- Budget planning & management skills
- Strong interpersonal & communication
- Ability to communicate to different levels in the organization
- Data analysis
- Knowledge of BI tools & Dashboard/Sharepoint application
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
- Proficient in Microsoft suite
