Essence of this job:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, versatile and proactive Graphic Designer to join our fast-growing, supportive and diverse team. Reporting into the Marketing and Communications Lead, you will be assisting the team in the creation of our company’s brand assets, as well as supporting the project team with ongoing requirements such as designing client proposals and reports.
We’re seeking someone who is passionate and has a broad design knowledge, who is excited to get involved in creative ideation as well as project implementation. It’s an opportunity that requires a varied set of design skills, initiative, autonomy, and an interest in B2B with regards to what works for our audience.
You will also be tasked with:
General
- Liaise with the different teams on interpretation of briefs
- Manage your time and design priorities to meet agreed deadlines
- Communicate and champion creative thinking and technical execution with internal and external stakeholders
Brand / marketing strategy
- Acting as a brand guardian, ensuring style and messaging are consistently within brand guidelines and that these are widely understood within the team, identifying possible improvements and ways to build on company brand
- Creating, developing and implementing the company’s brand assets to support ongoing marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Creating graphic materials for a variety of channels, platforms or formats including digital, social media, email, print or any other relevant activities (e.g. brochures, whitepaper, eBook, infographics, web and social media ads or other visuals, PPT templates, sales materials, web design, office decor and other marketing materials)
Project delivery team
- Supporting the project team with various client requests and design requirements from concept to completion including providing creative support for new business pitches, presentations and reports
- Working successfully with the team to build our capacity and offer design solutions as a service
- Attend pitch presentations and join client calls as and when required
About You
There is a lot of room to grow and make this role your own as we plan the next chapter of our company. Therefore, the right candidate will be a self-starter who can work independently to come up withcreative solutions for our brand and clients, but also a real team player when it comes to listening and understanding briefs to recommend the best creative route.
Ideally, the successful candidate will have prior experience agency side, in B2B /professional services or in the Tech industry, having juggled different design requirements, briefs and creative projects such as branding, digital marketing, social media, web design and pitching for new businesses.

Essential skills:
•Demonstratable experience in graphic design, preferably B2toB and/or within an agency or professional services
•In-depth knowledge of the Adobe Suite
•Strong Power Point skills and good management of other Microsoft Office tools including Word and Excel
•A keen eye for detail and consistency, adhering to company or clients’ brand guidelines at all times
•A self-starter who can work independently and drive growth through design, champion good design practice and present creative concepts to internal and external stakeholders
•A real team player who listens to briefs, understands our brand, values, industry and clients to suggest the most effective creative route, and who is also able to take in feedback to hone design skills
•Open to trying new platforms or formats to grow skills, taking ownership and adapting your scope and focus as your role evolves with the growth of our company
•Effective organisation and time management skills to meet set deadlines
•Comfortable joining client meetings to discuss design options around ongoing projects
Highly desirable skills:
•Passionate and curious about new design trends in the relevant B2B sectors (mostly Tech and Professional Services)
•Able to create and adapt templates for other teams to use with other design platforms (e.g. Canva)
•Experience of web design and knowledge of WordPress
•Experience pitching design presentations and explaining creative concepts
•Experience of training, coaching or mentoring other team members
