Fernbank is a residential home, and we are looking for people who are kind and caring with a positive approach, and who are passionate about offering and providing superior services and who want to make a difference.

Shift Patterns:
Nights: 8pm - 8am

You also must be able to work a shift every other weekend.

Package:

• £10.52 p/h Weekdays and £11.04 p/h Weekends
• Paid breaks on full shifts

• Providing high quality personal care, social interaction and stimulation to residents.
• Promoting independence and enablement and providing any support to the residents where necessary.
• Ensuring electronic residents’ personalised interactions are inputted on the system.
• Serving food and drinks to the residents and promoting social dining experiences.
• Developing relationships with relatives to help support you in understanding their needs and developing their personal care.

• Ideally, you’ll have experience in the Healthcare sector, however we will provide you with all the training you need to be successful in the role.
