The Graphic Designer will create illustrations, logos, layouts, videos, photography, and other digital and print materials. Visualizing concepts with careful consideration of both audience and use. Great graphics should capture the attention of the audience and communicate corporate messaging consistently and accurately. This position requires collaboration across departments and setting and managing project deadlines to deliver results. Success in this role requires a firm understanding of company objectives and the ability to prioritize and align people, processes, and projects.
Specific tasks and responsibilities include:
- Develop and design concepts that carefully consider audience and use
- Illustrate concepts visually
- Research competitors and other relevant work to ensure designs have industry relevance
- Management of graphic assets, ensuring accessibility and version control
- Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
- Ensure brand guidelines are met and provide creative direction as needed
- Balancing and prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand project and expectations
- Work with other creatives for copy, photography, and other project needs
- Continuous learning of new methods, software and other skills needed for success

- 2-5 years of experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in graphic arts, design, or related field
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Problem-solving mindset
- Attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and web
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other software
- Photography and video editing experience
- Ability and willingness to adapt to new technology
