We have an exciting opportunity for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join us at Yourvets Nuneaton as Deputy Head Nurse.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advanced RVN to join our team here at YourVets Nuneaton as Deputy Head Nurse.
You will work closely with and support the Head Nurse in operational duties as required and play an active role in driving and teaching clinical excellence amongst the nursing team. As a team we continue to evolve and we're really proud that our Nurses have access to fantastic CPD and career progression.
This is a full time position which includes 1:4 Saturdays, we also welcome part time and flexible working hours.
You will be responsible for helping run the veterinary nursing team and assisting the Head Nurse in day to day activities such as but not limited to:
- Mentoring and 121s with the nursing team
- Help with clinical team development including schedule 3 procedures
- Stock control
- Clinical supervisor duties
- Head of Quality Improvement
The ideal candidate will have an interest in Cat friendly qualifications, experience with schedule 3 procedures, and experience in stock control
