Receptionist/Administration

We are looking for an individual to work within a busy Therapy Department at Grantham Hospital. The department support the wards and our outpatient specialities including Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy (including the Hydrotherapy pool), Dietetics and Orthotics.

The role entails duties involved with assisting the Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists with booking and making adjustments to their appointments either by phone or face to face. There are also data inputting and general reception duties.

To ensure patients receive appointments within the local and national targets set.

To ensure patients and staff receive all relevant information in a timely, accurate and effective way.

To ensure all data relating to patients is captured in a timely and accurate manner.

To provide a customer focused booking service.

To provide reception services, to relevant areas in a professional, understanding and courteous manner.

To follow agreed procedures and protocols.

Pilgrim Hospital is situated in beautiful countryside and serves the communities in the South Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area. It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.

Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city, and with the opening of the new medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service. This district general hospital serves the city of Lincoln and the North Lincolnshire area. It provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service.

Louth Hospital is set on the edge of the Wolds and serves the communities of Louth and the local area. It provides a number of services, including an outpatient department, diagnostic and surgical procedures, as well as a surgical ward.
