We're looking for a freelance contract Marketing Designer to play a key role in driving Dribbble's creative strategy. As a Marketing Designer, you'll present ideas, articulate design choices and communicate intent behind design decisions. Collaborating closely with the marketing and design teams, you'll live at the intersection of marketing and user experience - taking users on a complete journey from discovery to adoption and success. As a Marketing Designer, you'll be responsible for:- Conceptualizing and executing on the design and production of ad ideas.
- Supporting the design and creation of landing pages, illustrations, and other marketing-related materials.
- Digital asset creations for various needs across our marketing channels (evolving our ad designs, email marketing and social media designs).
- Collaborating with our Design team with illustration/graphic design needs for product projects.
- Creating and delivering unique visual content daily, in line with Dribbble's brand guidelines to ensure that the brand and the quality standards are consistently achieved.
- Analyzing and adjusting your designs based on insight analysis and quick fix improvements.
- Meeting deadlines whilst ensuring the highest quality but not sacrificing business needs and deadlines at the expense of total perfection.
- Relevant experience under your belt (Creative Agency, In-House Marketing...). You have experience in designing high-quality creative concepts and have familiarity in using Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Familiarity with motion graphics (After Effects, etc) and creating ad content for paid social (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, etc).
- Experience working with customer data and research as part of your design process.
- A keen eye for good design and superb attention to detail in typography, composition, and craftsmanship.
- Excellent knowledge in current creative trends within the user acquisition space.
- The ability to prioritize creative performance when designing new campaigns.
- Great visual chops and a focus on simple, clear, responsive UI. The Dribbble community will depend on you to deliver a quality experience.
