Job description
Kensington Office Group are looking for a receptionist who is friendly, positive and confident to join our team in 50 Sloane Avenue.
Must have experience, a good work ethic, must be able to work well under pressure, and must have a strong use of English.
Further requirements of the role include:
- Reception duties
- Taking calls on a multi-client phone system, transferring calls
- Booking meeting rooms
- Recording jobs and services using Excel
- Friendly, welcoming attitude to clients and guests
- Confident personality
- Must have good use of English and professional ability to read and write in English
- Checking that areas of the building are in good condition and dealing with any issues or problems that one might see
- Assist with administrative tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £26,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
