Job description
Coffee World UK Ltd are the first coffee roasters in Cambridge and we are seeking an organised Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time basis.
Main Duties
· Be first point of contact via telephone and email
· Raising orders and producing sales invoices
· Data entry – mainly sales invoices from our different platforms
· Provide finance, data entry and book keeping functions
· Liaising with suppliers as necessary
· Payment checks / Purchase Ledger
· Credit Control
· Taking payments and bank reconciliation
· Assisting the Office Manager to efficiently run the office and accounts
We would love you to have:
- Good attention to detail
- Computer literate - ideally Sage 50 (training will be given)
- Good level of English (Reading, writing and speaking)
- Comfortable multitasking
- Able to prioritise workload
- Admin experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given
Package for the role of Administrator:
- Salary from £21,000 - £25,000 per annum (depending upon experience)
· Hours: 9:am - 5:00pm (1/2 hour for lunch) 28 days holiday including bank holidays
