Plumbing by Dodson are a small, friendly firm providing plumbing related services in the construction sector. The firm is growing quickly and there is an opportunity for an enthusiastic and confident Administration Assistant to work with our Operations and Office Manager and provide administrative and general support to our team of engineers.
The role is home based so a suitable working environment will be required and you will be provided with a laptop, screen, phone and other equipment necessary for the role.
Principal duties will include:
Diary management and customer liaison to book jobs and allocate engineers
Maintain accurate records and information using office systems and IT (full training will be provided)
Telephone and email contact dealing with customer queries and questions.
Liaising with our main business partners to ensure the smooth day to day running of the business.
We are looking for a confident and friendly person with a positive attitude, and high work standards to join our office team. We can be flexible on working arrangements to suit circumstances for the right person ad would consider either a full time, or part time position.
