Job Description
We are looking to hire a talented graphic designer to work with our Product and Marketing teams to create a visual experience that our clients love. This role has the unique opportunity to direct and hand craft the user interface face design for all of our customer facing technology and content. We already have a strong identity and we are looking to scale this across our digital products, wellbeing APP and all marketing content. You will get to create the visual experience for our Print, Web and Mobile products and co-create the marketing content to engage our clients in assessing, coaching, and developing high performing teams.
You will be comfortable working with a team of brilliant, motivated enthusiasts in a highly varied, fast paced working environment, contributing high quality design content including illustrations, user interface and data visualisation design.... and of course ensuring we are always representing the Complete Brand
We are building the next generation of digital leadership development tools and your primary goals will be to create the visual identity of these tools. We expect you to have an evolved understanding of how people use web and mobile technology. You will need the flexibility to adapt to new technologies, and already have a robust development toolkit. You will be responsible for formulating concepts and rendering draft designs from written words, models, sketched ideas, and from your imagination, getting detailed feedback, adapting quickly to deliver the required outcomes.
Responsibilities
You will be reporting to the Marketing Lead and working closely with Marketing and Product Leads for creating page designs, feature illustrations, user interface mock-ups, content illustrations, brochures, and training content. The portfolio of channels includes the Complete Academy, Complete App and Complete Portal.
Responsibilities in detail:
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile, print and web
- Update and review content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey
- Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision.
- Participate in the development process from definition, through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Participate in testing concepts with clients and gathering research via interviews and beta testing feedback
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design process.
- Stay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in analogous worlds.
- Research and track advancements in UI and UX mobile application design patterns.
- Translate the capability into compelling content that we can share with our clients all the time
- Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in UI and data storytelling for mobile and web
· Essential
- Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and palate development.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality designs to customers.
- A team player who can easily adapt in a rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to work unsupervised effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst prioritising multiple projects at the same time
- Expert level skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and knowledge into other Adobe programmes and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines, Android design and other mobile platform designs, including Google’s material
