6ix is hiring a Digital Design Specialist to work with our public company clients in the metals and mining space.

Virtual investment summits are live, interactive events delivered over the internet by video, and are specifically designed around the unique capital markets needs of investors, analysts and companies.

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating and editing images and videos that are used by our clients to market their company to new and existing investors. Your work - deployed through channels such as digital events, email, social media, and digital advertisements by your colleagues - will be seen by millions of retail, accredited, and institutional investors globally.

Key responsibilities:

• Complete all-digital design requests - both images and videos - coming in from client-facing Account Managers in a timely manner
• Advise Account Managers on matters related to driving marketing performance via digital design
• Track your key performance indicators and be accountable to sprint (every roughly 2 weeks) and quarterly goals
• Attend and actively participate in all team and company-wide meetings
• Outside of work hours, continue improving the mastery of your craft through books, podcasts, YouTube, and other platforms

• Gets excited about looking at the performance of the assets they create and iterating on ideas to make them better
• Has a strong design point of view grounded in a solid graphic design foundation but also is open to other perspectives
• Is excited about elevating the 6ix.com brand
• Has excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• Reliable, self-motivated, and meets deadlines
• Comfort with the ambiguity inherent in a fast-paced startup environment
• Experience with capital markets is a plus
