The Role
The main purpose of a Vospers New and Used Car Sales Executive is to sell the range of New Vehicles in their franchise and the Companys Used Vehicles, meeting agreed sales targets and ensuring each customer receives exemplary customer service
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
- Provide a warm, friendly and professional welcome to all customers that come through the door and over the phone.
- Identify the customers needs through a range of differing sales techniques.
- Match relevant product to customers needs and present applicable features and benefits of product.
- Appraise used cars offered in part exchange effectively.
- Organise and carry out professional and proficient demonstrations and test drives.
- Establish a rapport with the customer and build a level of customer commitment.
- Negotiate a successful close by overcoming any objections through understanding the benefits and features of all products available.
- Determine agreed next actions.
- Identify sources of potential new and used car customers for your franchise and business as a whole.
- Carry out prospecting activities on a regular basis with confidence.
- Confirm all vehicles are washed, presentable and ready for inspection by a customer, including your own company car.
- Display all vehicles correctly and clearly with the right price and specification details

Salary
£20,000 per annum with uncapped bonus/commission scheme
Hours
Monday to Saturday (Day off in the week)
