We are looking for a Graduate Manager to join our team and help us to develop and implement strategies for recruiting, onboarding, and retaining graduate talent. The successful candidate will have experience in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes, as well as a strong understanding of the needs of graduate students. The Graduate Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing training programmes for new hires, ensuring that all new graduates are given the necessary tools to succeed in their roles.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain graduate talent.
- Develop and manage graduate recruitment processes, including assessment centres, interviews, and onboarding activities.
- Provide guidance and support to graduates during their onboarding process.
- Maintain relationships with universities and other relevant organisations to ensure a steady flow of graduate talent.
- Organise events to promote the company's graduate program.
- Manage the budget for the graduate program.
- Monitor the performance of graduates and provide feedback.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £27,206.00-£28,909.00 per year
