Job description
Advancements in technology are rapidly changing the way companies do business globally and how employers are interacting with their employees.
We help organisations manage their global workforce and use technology to provide tax and advisory services to companies and individuals. Our mobile and web applications enable companies to manage and stay in touch with their employees around the world.
Our 3 year Global Mobility Services (GMS) Technology Graduate programme will offer you exposure to multinational clients and provide the training and experience needed for a successful career in tax technology. It's the embodiment of our 'learn for a lifetime' philosophy providing you with an opportunity to develop both tax advisory and technology consulting skills. We'll empower you to grow your own way, in an environment where learning is continuous.
Working directly with a broad range of clients, you will assist companies to define processes and implement mobile and web technologies which help them manage their global workforce to stay tax compliant. You will gain insights into how companies do business globally; and learn about the latest technologies and how to put them to use. You'll be involved in gathering client requirements and translating these into working solutions, including developing and implementing technology for clients. Working as part of a diverse team, you'll have the chance to build relationships with colleagues who take care of each other and give you the support you need to be at your best. Along the way, you will work directly with developers and client customers in Tax, HR and Global Mobility.
You'll find that work is no longer a place we go, it's a contribution we make. Our people have always worked flexibly - so this way of working isn't new for us. We're creating a tech-driven business to empower and equip our people to be outstanding in delivery, no matter where they work - through inspiring collaboration spaces and new technologies. In your role, you'll work flexibly across your location region - at engagement sites, our offices and home.
