This is an excellent opportunity to join the City Health Care Partnership Care Coordination Customer Service Team. This is an exciting role if you are looking for a new position working with a dynamic team at Bridlington Hospital.
We are looking for enthusiastic and well-motivated individuals. Candidates must be highly organised, being able to work to tight deadlines, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. We require a flexible approach to meet the needs of the service i.e. cover for annual leave, sickness, training at various Health Centres within the East Riding area. Excellent communication skills and friendly approachable nature are essential for this role.
Candidates must have word processing to RSA 3 standard or ECDL or able to demonstrate appropriate level of skill, NVQ 3 in Business Administration or Customer Services or willing to undertake.
Experience of working within an NHS environment would be advantageous.

The post holder will be part of the Customer Service team working in a busy front of house service, meeting and greeting patients and service users. The candidate will need to have excellent communication skills,
customer service skills, show empathy and be able to deal with varied situations. The role is a very flexible role and the candidate will be required to work across various East Riding and Holderness bases and work well as part of a team. The candidate will also be required to support the care Co-ordination Hub.
