Job description
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join our client in Leatherhead. As a member of their team, you will be responsible for the collection of arrears, ensuring that payments are received on time and in full. You will also be responsible for processing lease assignments and liaising with solicitors in this regard.
The role will require knowledge of service charge accounting and proficiency in using Blockman and Excel. In addition, you will be responsible for general accounts administration tasks.
The successful candidate will be an experienced accounts assistant with a background in property. You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
We offer 25 days holiday, and the role is full-time, 9 to 5:30, in the office 5 days a week. Training within the sector will be provided.

Salary: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
