Role purpose
- Work with the Global Talent and Data Lead to develop and implement the talent analytics strategy, working to shape the future of Mars' Pet Nutrition workforce.
- Develop and deliver analytics frameworks and products to drive insight from people data.
- Support Business Partners with insight and drive insight capability development.

- Partner with P&O Business partners to deliver business centric use cases aligned with business strategies.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Develop the framework for how Pet Nutrition Leadership Team drives functional capabilities through data, to measure, track, and embed capabilities needed to achieve our business ambition. Support P&O BPs to deliver this framework.
- Operational owner of Pet Nutrition’s P&O Analytics including but not limited to Pet Nutrition's Organization Health scorecard, workforce planning strategy development and Implementation, management, and measurement of work through structure and rigor of data. This role will drive cross divisional efforts to step up Data, Analytics and Insights capabilities in the P&O function.
- Work in close partnership with MGS P&O Data and Analytics team to utilize existing tools and represent Pet Nutrition’s needs within the P&O function.
- Support Regional and Global P&O BPs in delivery of period D&A Insights and narrative,
