Role Purpose

As a HR Administrator, you will play a critical role in supporting our HR department and ensuring that our employees receive the best possible support. - HR administration across the employee life cycle with activities such as:
o Manage employee records and ensure they are up-to-date and accurate.
o Issue and upload to the system onboarding documents.
o Track and report on inductions and new starter / probationary reviews
o Auditing and maintaining right to work documentation.
o Implement and maintain online personnel files.
o Conducting exit interviews and provide meaningful data analytics on leavers.
o Respond to reference requests.
- Support the HR team with employee relations activities, such as:
o Conducting investigations and responding to employee inquiries.
o Assist with payroll queries and updates.
o Provide HR guidance as required.
o Guiding managers on performance management & absence processes
o Note taking and minutes for formal matters
o Low level formal meetings
Assist with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews, conducting pre-employment checks, and communicating with candidates.- Participate in designing and producing HR data analytics reports as required.
- Support planning, execution, and communication of company events with the team.
- Take and produce minutes for key meetings such as: Senior Leadership Meeting, HR Meetings etc.
- Engage with agencies regarding temporary staff recruitment.
- Support the delivery of HR training and development programs.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in an HR administrative or support role is desirable but not essential
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- A team player who is proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Capable of using a variety of software systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Microsoft Teams (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Good understanding of GPDR and discretion/confidentiality when dealing with employees.
- Basic knowledge of HR regulations, compliance & law requirements (i.e right to work requirements, compliance & law requirements (i.e right to work requirements, employee rights
. • CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable but not essential
