- A passion for hospitality and a proven track record of growing fantastic teams by leading from the front, while keeping your guests at the heart of everything you do
- Previous experience in a senior F&B leadership role
- Directly manage Riverside Restaurant & Bar and No.4 Bar
- Maximise the commercial performance of the outlets, identifying all opportunities to achieve revenue budgets and controlling cost lines accordingly
- POS knowledge and experience, preferably Agilysys
- Food and Beverage menu engineering
- Strong communication skills – verbal, listening and writing
- Exceptional planning
- Perceptive and reasoned people management skills
- Pro active and reliable
- Multi tasking capability
- Able to work under pressure
- Good understanding of food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Duty Management responsibilities
