Key Responsibilities:
Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets.
Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to maximize their potential.
Set clear sales targets and monitor team performance.
Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize sales processes.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
Report on team performance and progress to senior management.
Requirements:
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Previous sales or leadership experience is a plus.
