Job title: HR/Administration Assistant
Reports to: Human Resources/Service Director
Main purpose of the job: to provide clerical and administrative support to human resources office and other offices within the organisation.

Updating HR documents and staff records.
Good Spreadsheet preparation and tracking skills

Recording sickness and holiday leave.
Good calendaring skills

Assisting with recruitment e.g., compiling job advertisements CV sifting, telephone pre-screening of candidates, arranging interviews.
Good written and verbal communication skills

Updating internal HR databases, applying and updating for DBS’s
Accurate keyboard skills and good knowledge of database systems

Administration tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing.
Good organisational skills

Dealing with all HR correspondence
Good knowledge of composing letters
