Eseye Graduate Finance Assistant - Hybrid working
Reports to: Finance Manager
Job role: Graduate Finance Assistant
Location: Eseye HQ, Guildford
This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate to start a career in finance. As an entry level role you will be inducted into the finance team and gain wide experience across a range of roles in finance. The successful applicant will receive training to qualify as either an ACCA or CIMA accountant.

Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of bank reconciliations of UK companies and overseas subsidiaries
- Liaise and act as key contact with banks
- Review and reconciliation of company credit cards
- Oversee and maintain automated (supplier) invoice processing
- Preparation of payment runs to external suppliers and bank transfers
- Building and maintaining supplier relationships
- Payroll journals for UK companies and overseas subsidiaries
- Month end accounting journals and activities
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified with a 2:1 or higher
- Highly numerate and ability to deal with large volumes of data
- Proficient in excel, particularly pivot tables and v-lookups;
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels within the company and externally
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Enthusiasm and a proactive approach to work;
- Ability to work unsupervised;
- Desire to learn new skills and take on responsibility when required;
- Flexibility towards tasks with the ability to work effectively using own initiative.
