They are currently looking to onboard 2 new Business Development Coordinators. The successful candidates will be based from their brand new, state of the art office, and will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities with organisations across a broad range of markets. This very exciting graduate sales role will not only have you onboarding and developing relationships with new clients, but will allow require you to manage the whole sales process through to close when fully trained up. To allow this you will be dealing with C-Level contacts on a daily basis. This company are employing graduates into a brand new team, due to vast expansion, there is genuine progression into managerial/leadership positions.
As a Graduate Business Development Representative your responsibilities will include:
- Phone calls, emails, video messages and various methods of outreach
- Speaking with C-level individuals
- Winning business relationships and owning a portfolio of prospects
- Taking a project through to a sale (when fully trained)
- Email Marketing
- Marketing Content Creation
- Owning your own sector and campaigns
For this Graduate Business Development Representative position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Target and success driven
- Enthusiastic, confident and resilient
- Well presented with excellent written and verbal communication
- Ambitious and career-focused
- Commutable to Ipswich/Bury St Edmund's
The package for this Graduate Business Development Representative role:
- £26,000 basic plus £5,000 uncapped commission
