What You Can Expect

The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for supporting the development, management and maintenance of Zimmer Biomet’s range of Marketing Communication activities to help achieve the company’s strategic and business goals. Working closely with internal and external stakeholders this person is responsible for the coordination, administration and creation of MarCom activities assigned to them. They develop own communication strategies and recommendations for measures and is involved in the implementation of those assets through internal resources or outside creative vendors.

How You Create Impact

• Supports the development of a marketing communication plan in preparation of annual budgets and other identified business programs and objectives

• Drives the design, creation and execution of MarCom collaterals for internal and external stakeholders
• Liaises with global MarCom partners, as well as country marketing and sales

• Conducts all administrative work (budget management, etc.) within the area of responsibility

What Will Make You Stand Out

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, marketing, digital marketing or other related field
• Alternatively, proven experience in any of the above
• Excellent communication skill, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in parallel
• Ability to work accurately and under pressure
• Analytical thinking
• Strong networker
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Business-level English
• Any other language a plus

What Will Make You Successful

• Strong marketing and / or marketing communications background in healthcare or related industry, ideally 5-10 years
• Experienced in the creation and management of MarCom collaterals
• Proven track record in marketing communication and marketing to different stakeholders in a pharma or medtech context
• Possess understanding of MarCom best practices, strategies, and marketing concepts
