Graduate Business Development Executive
Job Summary:
Crannull is a professional B2B lead generation service and we operate in the construction sector. Clients come to Crannull to engage the services of a Business Development Executive to contact prospective clients on their behalf. Crannull has been operating successfully in this field for over ten years.
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Graduate to join our dynamic team as a Graduate Business Development Executive; you will be responsible for successful lead generation for our clients.

The role:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects on behalf of our clients
· Conduct outbound calls to prospects using provided leads or cold-calling techniques
· Present products or services from our client to prospects over the phone
· Build and maintain strong relationships through active listening and effective communication
· Identify and understand the prospects needs; provide appropriate solutions, and overcome objections
· Follow a structured sales process, including accurate and timely documentation of customer interactions and activities in the in-house system
· Monitor and analyse industry and market trends, competitor activities, to help keep our client ahead of the curve
· Assist in providing information on progress to populate client reports
· Assist with information/insights for clients reports and meetings
What are we looking for?
· Graduate with a degree qualification
· Some experience or to have an interest in business development or sales
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships
· Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
· Strong negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making over the telephone
· Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
· Proficiency in using various software tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Email) and in-house systems.
· Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
