Job description

We are looking for Social workers and Advanced Social Workers for various teams at Jersey. A relocation package will be provided.

• £3000 Relocation payment payable in 1st months’ salary
• £5000 Retention payment payable upon successful completion of 6-month probation

Basic Pay

• Advanced Social Worker - £60,931.11 - £67,874.62
• Social Worker - £55,293.84 - £60,931.11

Pension

• 7.75% employee contribution
• 16% employer contribution

Annual Leave

• Social Worker – 4 weeks and 2 days
• Advanced Social Worker, Practice Manager, Team manager – 4 weeks and 4 days

Flexible working

• Open as a flexible working employer

Out Of Hours

• May be required – additional earning potential c. £500 pm (pre deductions)

Qualifications

• A professional qualification in Social Work (e.g. Degree, Diploma or equivalent in Social Work).
• Registered with the appropriate UK professional governing body i.e. Social Work England and locally, must also register under the Health Care (Registration) (Jersey) Law 1995.

*We do not offer hybrid working and all social workers must be resident in Jersey on a full-time basis. All candidates must have active registration with Social Work England
