Go to Market Manager (GTM)
This is a highly visible and influential role that is the driving force to launch a customer-centric set of propositions. The role brings together market and customer insight, P&L objectives and the product strategy. You will drive the Go To Market and commercial realisation of the Proposition benefits for BT Media & Broadcast.
- Implements customer value propositions across specific customer and business segments.
- Supports the execution and development of the proposition function's strategy and roadmap for BT Group's core value proposition, products, and services.
- Contributes towards sales enablement, the development of marketing materials, services work packages and product refinement.
- Executes end-to-end proposition design strategies and development across commercial priorities and experiences.
- Implements activities that drive competitive differentiation and unique value proposition of BT Group effectively shaping a strong and impactful products and services narrative.
- Monitors research and market intelligence activities across a range of information channels ensuring BT Group's leading market position is upheld.
- Implements go-to market strategies, including that of marketing and collateral, enabling sales and customer leaders to win competitive bid opportunities.
- Champions, continuously develops and shares with team knowledge on emerging trends and changes in proposition management.
- Demonstrable experience of collaborating and influencing a diverse range of stakeholders
- Experience launching solutions and propositions in the B2B market
- Roadmap and GTM development and execution
- Knowledge of how to obtain and interpret customer and market insight
- Marketing and commercial experience
- Project management, propositions or product delivery
