Background
Working in the busy Central Administration Team (CAT) within the Property & Facilities Department (PAF) you will be supporting the team and the Office Manager in carrying out all administration tasks within the department.
Responsibilities
Providing full administrative support to the PAF Department including; welcoming visitors to the department, minute taking, liaising with Finance, raising orders, data entry using university systems, general enquiries and providing cover as and when required.
Person Specification
The candidate will need to have relevant experience of working in a busy client focused office, good IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft office. Good organization skills with a flexible approach to work, the ability to work within a team, an eye for detail and have good communication skills
