Job description

Job Introduction We have an exciting new opportunity; Accounts Payable Manager. This is for the Transactions Team in Finance, working closely with the Transactions Finance Manager to ensure smooth running of the Accounts Payable Team.
  • Ensure all purchase ledgers are up to date and accurate across all companies
  • Ensure the posting of all outgoing bank transactions are up to date and accurate across all companies
  • Ensure month end closure is completed on time and accurately
  • Drive efficiency in the Accounts Payable process across the company
  • Produce payment runs in a timely manner
  • Ensure TFM and CFO have accurate reporting
  • Daily actualisation of cashflow across all bank accounts
  • Support the TFM in cash forecasting
  • Work with the TFM to optimise cash management
  • Build relations across the company to support operations.
  • Manage your team of APTs including quarterly 121’s with APT and daily queries
