More about your role
As our new People Services Administrator, you will work closely with the Senior People Administrators in delivering an excellent and professional people administration service.
You will be responsible for a wide range of admin duties being the first line of contact for all telephone enquiries through to the People Services department, responding to emails, conducting regular data cleanses of employee information, and providing administration support to the wider People Services function.
Please note, this is a hybrid role you will be able to split your time between home and the office. You will be required to work from the Preston, Lancashire office a minimum of two days per week with an increased office presence during the training period.

More about you
You will have previous strong administration and customer service experience with a passion for helping people. As our successful candidate you will ideally will have a CIPD qualification although once competent in this role, we can support you through gaining this. We're looking for people who are team players and great at supporting our colleagues. You'll be joining a team that frequently goes above and beyond to delight the customers. We're looking for like-mind who value comradery and has great initiative.
