Overview:
My business partner and I are actively searching for a Virtual Personal Assistant to help us with our main business 'Title Productions' as well as supporting our other side business.
We require an individual who excels in handling high-stress situations with a productive attitude. The ideal candidate should possess a proactive nature, be adept at resolving business-related issues, and be efficient in completing tasks promptly.
Excellent organisational skills are a must, as this person will be responsible for making phone calls and coordinating various aspects of our ventures. We highly value productivity and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Act as a reliable point of contact for the main company and side businesses, handling inquiries, emails, and phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and organising meetings for team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough research and prepare reports on various business-related topics to aid decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and address issues in the businesses, offering proactive solutions to streamline operations.
- Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and meeting deadlines.
- Provide high-quality support in administrative tasks, including data entry, document preparation, and file organisation.
- Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) proficiently to create documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as required.
- Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, partners, and colleagues effectively.
- Maintain a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks, ensuring precision in deliverables.
- Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a self-starting attitude and taking ownership of responsibilities.
- Adapt quickly to a fast-paced work environment and work efficiently under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Personal Assistant or similar role, ideally in a high-pressure business environment.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant tools for effective task management.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with various stakeholders professionally.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to identify issues and propose solutions proactively.
- Ambitious, dedicated, and passionate about contributing to the success of our companies.
- Ability to work independently with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Previous experience working remotely or in a virtual work environment is a plus.
Experience:
Must have a few years of experience in the same role or similar.
