Job description
We are expanding and looking to grow our team of chefs. We are looking for a part time and full time positions. Responsibilities include the ability to multitask, the mastery of cooking techniques and dishes, and regularly cleaning work areas. You will also work as part of a team and be involved in planning monthly specials and designing new menu ideas. You will also be responsible for food prep, stock control. We focus on American style food. You will be the only chef working at times so you will need to be able to multi-task and work independently. At weekends you will have assistance and we hope to continue to grow our team. You will be involved in both of our locations in Edinburgh but predominantly at our new spot in the city centre. We are looking for a start date early February.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 30-45 per week
Salary: £11.00-£13.00 per hour
