Hello. We’re Haleon. A new world-leading consumer health company. Shaped by all who join us. Together, we’re improving everyday health for billions of people. By growing and innovating our global portfolio of category-leading brands – including Sensodyne, Panadol, Advil, Voltaren, Theraflu, Otrivin, and Centrum – through a unique combination of deep human understanding and trusted science. What’s more, we’re achieving it in a company that we’re in control of. In an environment that we’re co-creating. And a culture that’s uniquely ours. Care to join us. It isn’t a question.

We’re looking for a reward operations specialist to join us on our journey. This is a great opportunity for someone who’s really passionate about, and who wants to help shape the delivery of, reward activities.

As a Global Reward Delivery Partner you will be working in our Global Reward Delivery team, responsible for delivering all Total Reward operations, you’ll be in good company.

Why you?

Right now, we’re in start-up mode. Giving those who join us the amazing opportunity to shape our company and the working experience we are building. As well as a restless desire to our achieving our purpose, you’ll also share our commitment to always

do the right thing.

Working alongside three regionally-based operations teams, as well as two further Global Reward Delivery Partners, together you’ll be responsible for supporting the delivery of global processes across the spectrum of total reward activity – including recognition, benefits, long-term incentives, compensation management and our annual salary review & bonus (performance) cycle.

Many of our processes are delivered through Workday as well as a number of compensation & benefits platforms, so you’ll be very comfortable with using reward systems and data to manage operations, whilst being equally at home with being able to manage a number of manual processes for our small but important groups where automation isn’t possible.

And, as we look to improve and enhance our ways of working you’ll be keen to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring we’re putting our people first by delivering an outstanding user experience across the spectrum of reward operations.

Essential Qualifications & Skills we are looking for:

  • In collaboration with global delivery colleagues you’ll be responsible for:

    • managing the processes associated with delivering the preparation and execution of the annual compensation review cycle (salary data provision for bonus pool and salary modelling, annual salary review, bonus payments, long term incentives).

    • Managing the processes associated with delivering the preparation and execution of the annual performance management cycle (objective setting, performance reviews)

  • Guiding the Regional Delivery Centres in the administration and delivery of reward activities and initiatives, ensuring a timely and accurate delivery of communications, data and information.

  • Ensuring the Delivery Centres are trained and equipped to deal with queries around our global annual processes as well as other reward queries that can be handled locally

  • Providing escalation support to Delivery Centres for queries that require input from the global team

  • Deliver reporting/information to support the wider Reward Centre of Excellence in delivering HR Leadership Team requirements

  • Supporting project change work in relation to new initiatives like leave, benchmarking/ grading methodology, working with HR Tech on Workday and/or other relevant system requirements

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Essential

  • Demonstrable experience of working within reward operations. Involvement in running or supporting at a detailed level reward activities either (ideally) across the whole total reward spectrum, or as a delivery specialist within a specific area of reward delivery (for example, global annual compensation review /annual objective setting & review cycles, the provision of benefits, LTIs, salary benchmarking)

  • Proficiency with using IT systems and platforms to delivery processes effectively

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to run and interpret data to support decision making and advice

  • Microsoft Office proficiency with strong Excel knowledge

  • Highly organized with strong oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and navigate tight deadlines while taking ownership over tasks big and small

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to put our people at the heart of what we do to ensure an excellent user experience

Preferred

  • Previous experience and working knowledge of Workday – ideally including report writing

  • Knowledge of Long Term Incentives

  • Experience of operating in a global organisation, ideally in FMCG or pharma

  • Previous experience of wider HR, ideally as a generalist, within employee relations and/or talent acquisition enabling you to understand how compelling reward practices can motivate, recognise and incentivise employees to do a great job
