We are looking for talented salespeople to join the Delegate Sales team and drive ticket revenue across our key events. You’ll own a global events portfolio covering London, Las Vegas, San Francisco, New York & more (with potential opportunities for travel).
The Role:
- Speak to VPs and Directors of growing and leading organizations to sell passes to our global series of events and conferences. This will include companies like PayPal, Meta, Spotify and more.
- Develop an expert understanding of our products, industry, and market, in order to maximize your deal size.
- Prospect, build and maintain a robust sales pipeline from scratch across our event portfolios
- Own your pipeline, from qualifying leads and developing sales opportunities, to winning deals
- Sell into new and existing accounts to exceed established targets and new revenue goals
- Identify new commercial opportunities including large team deals and work with the Commercial Director to capitalize on them
- Establish yourself as a core member of The Alliance revenue engine

You:
- You’ll be determined and focused, and enjoy the challenge of hunting and closing net new business (12 months + experience in B2B sales environment is desirable)
- Tough targets won’t scare you and you’ll have a demonstrable track record of not just meeting them - but exceeding them
- Confident, articulate, and willing to learn and grow within the role
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Confidence to experiment with different tactics, shake up strategy, adapt to new trends, to incorporate new products, and changes, or bounce back from subpar results
- Confidence to collaborate with product stakeholders
- Team player - success doesn’t happen in a vacuum, we need everyone in the org to be rallied around the same goals and help each other out to achieve them
- Aptitude for technology (previous experience using salesforce & outreach is a bonus)

This role is located in our London HQ with hybrid/remote working available for the right candidate

Salary: Annual Basic Salary: £25,000 with a realistic OTE of £50,000+ in year 1, uncapped commission
