Salary: Up to £45,000 (depending on level of experience, training and qualification)

We have an opportunity for a Product Specialist to join their team of staff in the Change Management & Automation Team
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. This position will be home based with an occasional requirement to travel to the Bedford office and sometimes London Head Office.
About this role:
In this role you will be responsible for supporting changes in the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) (SystmOne) and working with the automation team to deliver projects.
You will be required to liaise between various teams to understand changes to business processes and ensure they are communicated effectively to end users via an appropriate training method. (e.g. face to face, online or via quick reference guides) You will work with the Change Team, Operations Team and Clinical Team to deliver support and expertise with any change requests, modifications and new pathways.
You will also support in maintaining the SystmOne units across Circle and assist in building new clinical templates, protocols and eWorkflows. If you have not had previous experience of doing this then training will be provided.
You will also work with the Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Team to automate current processes.
Applicants should meet the following criteria:

Educated to degree level or equivalent experience
SystmOne TtT Core certification
Expert knowledge of SystmOne Community module
Experience of system configuration in SystmOne
